The PGDM (Executive) is a programme created especially for people who are assuming more important leadership positions within their organisations and businesses. This programme sets itself apart by emphasising experiential learning through real-world business scenarios, experience exchange, and close industry ties. The program's curriculum was created with industry insights for working executives in mind. They require programmes that offer the correct level of flexibility so they can simultaneously pursue their education and professions. The programme should also guarantee a very high standard of experience. The PGDM (Executive) Programme has been structured in such a way that, in addition to providing a core management foundation, it enables the executives to develop their talents and specialise in one of the primary functional areas: finance, marketing, operations, or human resources.
A bachelor's degree in any field from an approved institution or one that has been recognised as an equivalent by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) plus at least five years of full-time work experience following graduation.
The two (2) semesters of the PGDM (Executive) programme are followed by three (3) months of project work.
There are 56 credits altogether in the programme. It comprises of four (4) elective courses for a total of sixteen (16) credits, three (3) core courses with no credits, nine (9) core courses with thirty-six (36) credits, and a transferrable project with four (4) credits.
Students will be introduced to key management ideas throughout the first semester. The chosen area of specialisation will be the main topic of the second semester.
Five majors are available: business analytics, marketing, operations, human resources, and finance.
